Motorola Moto Z3 Play received FCC Certification, specs leaked
A couple of months ago, the render of the upcoming smartphone Motorola Moto Z3 Play was revealed via slashleaks without any specification. Now the device Motorola Moto Z3 Play with the model number XT1929 received the FCC Certification with leaked specifications.
According to the FCC certification, the unannounced device Motorola Moto Z3 Play will sport 6.1-inch (1080 x 2160 pixels) Full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It will have 4GB LPDDR4 RAM with internal storage capacity of 32GB / 64GB storage, which can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card slot. It will be armed with 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm processor with Adreno 509 GPU and will run on Android 8.1 (Oreo). The device will have Single / Dual SIM functionality and the dimension of 156.23 x 76.7mm. The fingerprint scanner could be embedded under the screen.
The camera section of the device Motorola Moto Z3 Play will include a rear camera of 12MP with dual-tone LED flash, secondary 8MP rear camera and a front-facing camera of 5MP.
Connectivity wise, it will feature 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C and will come with (5V-3A / 9V-1.6A / 12V-1.2A)Turbo charging. It will be backed up by 3000mAh and also there is possibility that it will have a 3.5mm audio jack.
The exact date of its announcement is still unconfirmed, but it is expected that it may be announced in April.
