Xiaomi Mi Max 3 to announce on 19th July-confirmed by Xiaomi CEO
More than six months ago , a rumor was surfaced on the web that Xiaomi is likely to announce its latest phablet Xiaomi Mi Max 3 in the third quarter of 2018. Now the Xiaomi founder and CEO Lei Jun has confirmed the announcement date of the device on Weibo account and added that it will be introduced with “large screen and battery” on 19th July . Since, the smartphone Xiaomi Mi Max has already spotted at TENAA with leaked specifications.
The upcoming smartphone Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will sport a large LCD display of 6.99-inch with the resolutions of 1080 x 2160 pixels with an 18:9 aspect ratio, minimum bezels at its top and bottom . It will have a fingerprint sensor on its back. It will be powered by octa-core processor of 1.8 GHz and will run on MIUI 9.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
The camera section of the device Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will include dual-camera setup of 12 MP sensor and a secondary 8 MP sensor, along with a frot-facing camera of 5MP.
According to the latest rumor, it will come in three storage versions; the one will be powered by a Snapdragon 630 SoC chipset with 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage space, while the another version will come with 4GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 64GB/128GB and it will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 SoC chipset . So, the exact chipset of the device is still not confirmed. It will be backed up by a massive 5,400mAh battery.
The cost of the device hasn’t declared by the company yet, but it is expected that it will be priced at CNY 1,699/€220 .
There is lots of expectation that it will hit the Indian market at the last of July or August and will be available at Rs. 18,000-19,000.
