Nokia 2.1 ,Nokia 3.1, and Nokia 5.1 launched in India, available from 12th August
After the announcement of all the three mid-end smartphones Nokia 2.1, Nokia 3.1 and Nokia 5.1. Now the HMD Global finally launched all the trio smartphones in the Indian market. Since, the Nokia 3.1 with 2GB RAM and16GB storage has already launched in India last month , but this time it comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage capacity . All the three smartphones will run on Android Pie OS in coming days.
The affordable smartphone Nokia 2.1 has a polycarbonate back with rounded design and sports a 5.5-inch HD screen with the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels , anti-fingerprint coating. It has 1GB LPDDR3 RAM,internal storage capacity of 8GB , which can be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 153.7 x 77.7 x 9.35 mm and has dual-SIM functionality.
It is powered by 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition), upgradable to Android P.
The camera section of the device Nokia 2.1 includes an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED Flash and a front-facing camera of 5MP.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS and supports 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, Dual speakers . It is powered by 4100mAh battery.
The users can get the device in Blue/Copper, Blue/Silver and Grey/Silver colors .
The other device Nokia 3.1 has polycarbonate back and aluminium sides comes with 5.2-inch (720 x 1440 pixels) HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection . It has 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage , which can be expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 146.25 x 68.65 x 8.7mm; and weighs 138.3 g . It has dual-SIM functionality.
It is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750N (4 x 1.5GHz A53 + 4 x 1.0GHz A53) processor with Mali T860 GPU and runs on Android 8.1 , upgradable to Android P.
The camera section of the device Nokia 3.1 includes a rear camera of 13MP with LED flash ,f/2.0 aperture and a front-facing camera of 8MP with f/2.0 aperture, 84.6-degree wide-angle lens .
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS and supports 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio . It is powered by 2990mAh battery .
While the third smartphone Nokia 5.1 has a unibody design with 6000 series aluminium and sports 5.5-inch ( 1080×2160 pixels) FHD+ 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection . It has 2GB RAM with 16GB internal memory / 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage capacity , which can be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It has dual-SIM functionality, dimension of 151.1 x 70.73 x 8.27 mm and also has a fingerprint sensor .
It is armed with 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P18 (MT6755S) processor and runs on Android 8.1 , upgradable to Android P.
The camera section of the device Nokia 5.1 includes a rear camera of 16MP with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and a front-facing camera of 8MP with f/2.0 aperture,84-degree wide-angle lens .
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and supports 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio. It is backed up by a 3000mAh battery .The users have the option to get the smartphone Nokia 5.1 in Copper, Tempered Blue and Black colors .
The affordable smartphone Nokia 2.1 will be available at Rs. 6,999 ($100/€90) , the Nokia 3.1 will cost 11,999 ($175/€150) and the Nokia 5.1 will be priced at Rs. 14,499 ( $210/€185).; The company will make all the smartphones available to the Indian users from 12th August, 2018 .
There is also expectation that Nokia 5.1 Plus or Nokia 6.1 Plus will be launched for the Indian users later this month.
