Nokia 5.1 Plus with dual rear cameras launched in India, coming in hand next month
The HMD Global launched a couple of smartphones Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus in the Indian market . Both the smartphones shared the same platform for launching. Since it has already announced as Nokia X5 in China last month.
The smartphone Nokia 5.1 Plus sports 5.86-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass 19:9 aspect ratio display with the resolution of 720×1520 pixels. It has 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 400GB via MicroSD card slot. It has the dimension of 149.51 x 71.98 x 8.096 mm; weighs 160g. It has Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) functionality. It has a fingerprint sensor on its back.
It is armed with Octa Core MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor (Quad 2GHz Cortex A73 + Quad 2GHz Cortex A53 CPUs) with 800MHz ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) , upgradable to Android P.
The camera section of the device Nokia 5.1 Plus includes dual rear camera of 13MP with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, secondary 5MP rear camera and a front-facing camera of 8MP with f/2.2 aperture, 80.4-degree wide-angle lens.
Connectivity wise, it features Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C and supports 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio. It is backed up by 3060mAh battery .
The Indian users will get the device Nokia X5 in Black, White and Blue colors via Flipkart and Nokia.com. The cost of the device is still unconfirmed by the company yet, it will be known on its availability in September,2018.
For your information the smartphone Nokia X5/Nokia 5.1 Plus costs 999 yuan (approx.Rs10,200) for the 3GB RAM/32GB ROM variant and 1,399 yuan for the 4GB RAM/64GB ROM variant in China.
