Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 set to be launched in India on 28th February
Last month, a teaser image had revealed both the vice president Manu Jain and Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun showing the smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 along with the text in upside down and now the smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi finally set the date of its launching in the Indian market on 28th February. Since, it has already announced in China at the starting price of 999 yuan (US$ 147 / ₹ 10,390 approx.).
The smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 sports 6.3-inch Full HD+ 19:5:9 2.5D curved glass waterdrop notch display with the resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels ,having Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has 3GB LPDDR4x RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB / 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage capacity, which can be expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 159.21 x 75.21 x 8.1mm; weighs 186g and has hybrid-dual SIM functionality. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and IR sensor.
It is armed with Octa Core Snapdragon 660 14nm processor (Quad 2.2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) with Adreno 512 GPU and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10.
The camera section of the device Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 includes dual 48MP rear camera with 1/2″ Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 sensor, LED Flash, f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, EIS, 5MP secondary camera and a front-facing camera of 13MP.
Connectivity wise, it features Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 /5GHz) Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and supports 3.5mm audio jack, AK 98937 Smart PA. It is backed up by massive 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.
The device Redmi Note 7 will be available for the Indian users in Black, Blue and Purple colors, but the cost of the device is still not confirmed by the company yet, it will be known on its launching.
