Oppo Reno 2 receives TENAA certification, specs leaked ahead of launching in India on 28th August
The two model numbers PCKM00 and PCKT00 of the upcoming smartphone Oppo Reno 2 has received the TENAA certification with leaked specifications ahead of its launching in the Indian market on 28th August.
According to the TENAA listing, the smartphone Oppo Reno 2 will sport 6.5-inch Full HD+ 20: 9 AMOLED display with the resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It will come with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB /256GB (UFS 2.1) storage, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot. It will have the measurement of 160×74.3×9.5mm; weighs 189g , dual-SIM functionality and also will include In-display Fingerprint sensor.
It will be armed with Octa Core (2.2GHz Dual + 1.8GHz Hexa) Snapdragon 730G Mobile Platform with Adreno 618 GPU and will run on Android 9.0 (Pie) with ColorOS 6.0.
The camera section of the smartphone Oppo Reno 2 will feature four rear cameras including 48MP rear camera with LED flash, 1/2.25″ Sony IMX586 sensor, f/1.7 aperture, 0.8um pixel size, PDAF, 8MP Ultra Wide Lens, 13MP telephoto lens for 5x Hybrid Optical Zoom, 20X digital zoom, 2MP depth sensor and a side-lifting front-facing camera of 16MP with f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it will feature Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and it will be backed up by 4000mAh battery with fast charging.
The users will get Oppo Reno 2 in Green, Pink and Black colors. The cost of the device is still not declared by the company, it will be known on its launching.
