Huawei Y7 Prime announced in Hong Kong @ HK$ 1880 (US$ 250)

A latest affordable smartphone from the Huawei’s camp namely Huawei Y7 Prime has been announced in Hong Kong at HK$ 1880 (US$ 250 / Rs. 15520 approx.). For your information this device was announced in China with a different name as Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus. The Huawei Y7 Prime is the successor of Huawei Y7 that was announced last month.

The smartphone Huawei Y7 Prime features a unibody metal design and sports a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It has 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, whch can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

It is armed with Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 processor with Adreno 505 GPU and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1. The device comes with the measurement of 153.6 x 76.4 x 8.35mm and weighs 165g .It has Hybrid Dual- SIM functionality and features a fingerprint sensor on its rear panel that can unlock the phone in 0.3 seconds.

The camera section of the smartphone includes a 12MP rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF, 1.25 μm pixel sensors and a front-facing camera of 8MP. Connectivity wise options, it features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS / GLONASS and it is backed up by a 4000mAh battery.
