Nokia 1 with Android Oreo (Go Edition) launched in India at Rs. 5499

The Nokia 1 was announced at the MWC,2018  last month. Now the smartphone company finally launched the affordable device in Indian market at Rs.5499.
The smartphone Nokia 1 sports  FWVGA IPS display of 4.5-inch with the resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, 1GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 8GB, which can be further expanded up to  128GB via microSD card slot.

It is armed with 1.1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737M  chipset with Adreno 304 GPU and runs on  Android 8.1 (Oreo) Go Edition. It has dual-SIM functionality, dimension of 133.6 x 67.78 x 9.5 mm.The Nokia 1 also supports Xpress-on interchangeable polycarbonate covers.

The camera section of the device includes a 5MP fixed-focus rear camera with LED flash and a front-facing camera of 2MP .
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS. It is backed up by 2150mAh battery.

The company makes it available in Warm Red and Dark Blue colors and the shipment of the device will be started on 28th March. , is priced at Rs. 5,499 and will go on sale starting March 28th. The Xpress-on covers will be sold separately  from April at Rs. 450 ($7) in azure/gray or yellow/pink.
