Nokia X5 finally gets 18th July for its arrival in China
As we know the HMD Global had confirmed the announcement of Nokia X5 on 11th July in Beijing at 8 PM via its weibo account. But due to the issue related to its venue ,the company had to cancel the event and finally fixed the new date – 18th July for its arrival in China. This is all released on its Weibo account.
According to the latest rumor, the smartphone Nokia X5 will come with a wide notch as revealed by press renders and will sport 5.84-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass 19:9 aspect ratio display with the resolution of 720×1520 pixels. It will come with 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory, 4GB / 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 128GB with microSD carde slot. It will come with the dimension of 149.51×71.98×8mm; weighs 160g and will have dual-SIM functionality.
It will be armed with 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm processor with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU and will run on Android 8.1 (Oreo) OS, upgradable to Android P .
The camera section of the device Nokia X5 will include dual rear camera of 13MP with LED Flash,PDAF, 5MP secondary rear camera and a front-facing camera of 8MP.
Connectivity wise, it will feature 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and Fingerprint sensor.It will support 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio. It will be backed up by 3000mAh battery.
The cost of the device is still not confirmed , but it is expected that the 32GB version of the device will be priced at CNY 799 ($120) while the 64GB model of the device will cost CNY 999 ($150) .
It might also be re-brand as Nokia 5.1 Plus in global markets very soon.
