Honor 8S with Android Pie announced at 8490 Rubles (US$ 130)
Just after revealing the images along with specifications of Honor 8S , the Huawei’s sub-brand Honor finally announced it in Russia at 8490 Rubles (US$ 130 / Rs. 9,190 approx.).
The Honor 8S sports 5.71-inch HD+ 19:9 curved glass Dewdrop display with the resolution of 1520 × 720 pixels. It has 2GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, which can be further expandable up to 512GB via microSD card slot. It has Dual SIM (nano + nano + microSD) functionality.
It is armed with 2GHz Quad-Core MediaTek Helio A22 12nm processor with IMG PowerVR GE-class GPU and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.0.
It lacks a fingerprint scanner, but features face unlock functionality.
The camera section of the device Honor 8S includes a rear camera of 13MP with LED Flash, f/1.8 aperture and a front-facing camera of 5MP.
Connectivity wise, it includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS and supports 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, dual microphones. It is backed up by 3020mAh battery.
The users can get the device Honor 8S in Black, Blue and Gold colors.the selling of the device is already going on in Russia, while its global launching will be confirmed very soon.
