LG X6 with triple rear cameras, military-level durability announced at 349,800 won (US$ 295)
The smartphone company LG announced its latest smartphone LG X6 in Korea at 349,800 won (US$ 295 / Rs. 20,510 approx.) and adds one more device in the LG X-series smartphones. It is the re-brand of LG Q60 that was announced in February this year.
The smartphone LG X6 sports 6.26-inch HD+ FullVision display with the resolution of 1520 × 720 pixels , 19:9 aspect ratio. It has 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 64GB, which can be further expandable via microSD card slot. It comes with the dimension of 161.3 x 77 x 8.7mm , dual-SIM functionality and also features rear-mounted fingerprint sensor .
It is armed with 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm processor with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU and runs on Android Pie.
It received MIL-STD 810G Certification (Military level durability) which makes it to survive from the fall over 8 feet onto a rough concrete surface with no damage to the case or phone.The device also comes with a dedicated Google Assistant Button.
The camera section of the device LG X6 has triple rear cameras including dual 16MP rear camera with LED flash,PDAF, 2MP depth sensor, 5MP Super Wide Angle lens and a front-facing camera of 13MP.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS and supports 3.5mm audio jack, 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC, DTS:X 3D Surround Sound. It is backed up by 3,500mAh battery.
The users can get the device LG X6 comes in Black and Blue colors and the company will make it available from 14th June for the Korean users.
