Xiaomi Mi A2 will be launched today in India-Confirms Xiaomi’s Global VP

After the announcement of Xiaomi Mi A2 in Spain last month, now  the Xiaomi’s global vice president Manu Kumar Jain finally confirmed its launching in the Indian market today , on 8th August via twitter, but says no word on Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite India launch. Since, the device will cost  Rs. 17,499 (about $255/€220), as teased on Amazon Exclusive last week.
As we know the smartphone Xiaomi Mi A2 has a unibody metal design and sports 5.99-inch (2160×1080 pixels) Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display. It has 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 32GB / 64GB (eMMC 5.1) storage, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (eMMC 5.1) storage. It has dual-SIM functionality, dimension of 158.7×75.4×7.3mm; Weighs 168g. It has an Infrared sensor and a fingerprint sensor on its back.
It is armed with Octa Core Snapdragon 660 14nm processor (Quad 2.2GHz Kryo 260 + Quad 1.8GHz Kryo 260 CPUs) with Adreno 512 GPU and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo).

The camera section of the device Xiaomi Mi A2 includes dual rear camera of 12MP with LED flash, f/1.75 aperture, Sony IMX486 sensor, 1.25μm pixel size, 20MP secondary camera with Sony IMX376 sensor with f/1.75 aperture, 4 in 1 – 2.0um pixels and a front-facing camera of 20MP with Sony IMX376 sensor, 4 in 1 – 2.0um pixels soft LED flash.
Connectivity wise, it features Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C. It is powered by  3010mAh battery. It will be available in Blue, Gold and Black colors.
