Huawei Honor 9 likely to launch in China on 20th June 2017
A rumor surfaced on the web via a trusted Weibo user that the upcoming smartphone Huawei Honor 9 is likely to be launched in Chinese market on 20th June, 2017. There is expectation that the device will be known as Huawei Glory 9. Yet it is still not confirmed officially by Huawei. It will be the successor of the Huawei Honor 8 that was launched in India on October, 2016 at Rs.2999.
The unannounced smartphone Huawei Honor 9 leaked in Black body in metallic frame with glass back will feature a dual rear camera setup of 20MP and 12MP resolution.
The smartphone Huawei Honor 9 will sport a display of 5.2-inch, 4GB/6GB RAM. It will be armed with the Kirin 960 processor and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Except these, we have no much rumored information related to it.
Recall, its predecessor Huawei Honor 8 which features a 5.2” Full HD 2.5D curved glass display and aluminum alloy frame with the resolutions of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 32GB storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It is powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 950 SoC chipset with 16nm processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with EMUI 4.1. It has a single SIM version with dedicated memory card slot, Fingerprint sensor and Infrared sensor. It has the dimension of 145.5 x 71 x 7.45 mm and weighs 153g.
The device Honor 8 includes a 12MP dual rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Laser AF, f/2.2 aperture, 6P lens, 1.4um pixel size and front-facing camera of 8MP with f/2.4 aperture.
Connectivity wise, the device Huawei Honor 8 features 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C. It is powered by a battery of 3000mAh.
