Asus Zenfone 5Z with 8GB RAM, dual rear camera launched in India, Price starts Rs. 29999

The top-end smartphone Asus Zenfone 5Z was already announced at the MWC 2018 event in Barcelona . Now the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer Asus finally launched the device for the Indian users .

The device Asus Zenfone 5Z (Z5620KL) comes with 6.2-inch (2246 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 2.5D curved glass Super IPS display with 500 nits Brightness, 95.4% NTSC color gamut, DCI-P3, 1500: 1 Contrast Ratio, Glove Touch support, Corning Gorilla Glass protection .It has 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB storage, which can be expandable up to 2TB via microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 153×75.65×7.85mm; weighs 155g, a fingerprint sensor on its back. The device has Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) functionality.
It is armed with  Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU and runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) with ZenUI 5.0, upgradable to Android P.
The camera section of the device Asus Zenfone 5Z includes a 12MP dual-rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX363 sensor, 1.4μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, 0.03s Tri Tech auto-focus/Dual Pixel PDAF/ 4-axis OIS/EIS, Pro mode with RAW support, secondary 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor, 120-degree wide-angle lens and a front-facing camera of 8MP with f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor, 83-degree wide-angle lens.

It has dual speakers with five-magnets and NXP Smart amplifier. It is also the world’s first smartphone with DTS Headphone: X for 7.1-channel surround sound and comes with Hi-Res Audio earphone.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G Dual VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C (2.0) and it is powered by 3300mAh battery with ASUS BoostMaster fast charging and AI charging .

The company offers the device Asus Zenfone 5Z in three versions. The device with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage costs Rs. 29999 , also the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version is priced at Rs. 32,999 and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs Rs. 36,999.

The company will make it available in Midnight Blue and Meteor Silver colors via Flipkart from 9th July.
