Huawei Honor 8X with 6GB RAM, AI dual rear cameras announced in China, price starts 1399 yuan ($ 204)
Finally, the Huawei’s sub-brand Honor announced the smartphones Huawei Honor 8X in its home China at fixed schedule as stated earlier.
The smartphone Huawei Honor 8X with mid-end specifications comes with 6.5-inchFull HD+ 19:5:9 2.5D curved glass display with the resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels. It has three variants including 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB and also 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 400GB via microSD card slot. It has dual-SIM functionality, dimension of 160.4×76.6×7.8mm; and weighs 175g . The users can also enjoy the 4D gaming experience.
It is armed with Octa-Core Kirin 710 12nm (4 x 2.2GHz Cortex-A73 +4 x 1.7GHz Cortex-A53) processor with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2.
The camera section of the device Huawei Honor 8X includes dual 20MP rear camera with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, 2MP secondary camera, 480 fps slow-mo recording and a front-facing camera of 16MP with f/2.0 aperture 4-in-1 pixel binning technology and AI beautify.
Connectivity wise, it features Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS. It has a fingerprint sensor on its back. It is backed up by a 3750mAh battery with fast charging support .
The users can get the device Honor 8X in Black, Blue, Red and Purple colors. The device with the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version costs 1399 yuan (US$ 204 / Rs. 14,695 approx.) while the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version is priced at 1599 yuan (US$ 234 / Rs. 16,795 approx.) and the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version is tagged at 1899 yuan (US$ 278 / Rs. 19,950 approx.). The pre-order of the device is going on and the company will make it available to the users from 11th September .
