OPPO Poseidon revealed on GeekBench, Coming soon
A latest unannounced smartphone from the Oppo’s camp with the codename OPPO “Poseidon” revealed on GeekBench and hints its early arrival. It has gained magnificent 3810 on the single-core and 10963 points on multi-core tests.
According to the GeekBench listing, the upcoming smartphone OPPO Poseidon will be armed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855chipset with Octa-core processor of 1.79GHz and will run on Android 9 Pie. Except, these the listing didn’t give much detailed information related to it.
After seeing the scoring, we expect that it will be a flagship device with 5G connectivity, as rumored earlier. Also the company has already filed a patent for 15W wireless technology last year, so there is expectation that it might come with Qi wireless charging support. If it come in reality , than it will be first smartphone from Oppo’s to support the new charging feature.
The other report didn’t disclose the name of the device but some rumors unveils that it will be named as either OPPO R19 or the OPPO FIND X2. Take it a pinch of salt, as we get no any confirmation from the Oppo’s camp.
The date of its announcement is still not confirmed by the company yet, but for your information, the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event will be started in Barcelona, Spain from 25th February to 28th February, so we expect its landing during the show. Hope so!
