Vivo Z5x with triple rear cameras, up to 8GB RAM, 5000mAh battery announced, Price starts at 1398 yuan (US$ 202)
The smartphone manufacturer Vivo announced its latest smartphone Vivo Z5x with mid-end specifications in China.
The smartphone Vivo Z5x with plastic body sports 6.53-inch Full HD+ 19.5:9 LCD screen with the resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels. It has 4GB / 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) storage, 6GB / 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage capcity, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 162.39 x 77.33 x 8.85 mm; weighs 204g and has dual-SIM functionality. It features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
It is armed with Octa Core Snapdragon 710 10nm Mobile Platform (Dual 2.2GHz Kryo 360 + Hexa 1.7GHz Kryo 360 CPUs) with Adreno 616 GPU and runs on Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9.0 (Pie).
The camera section of the device Vivo Z5x has triple rear cameras including 16MP rear camera with f/1.78 aperture LED flash, 8-megapixel 120° wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, 2-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture and a front-facing camera of 16MP with f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it features Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, Micro USB and supports 3.5mm audio jack. It is backed up by massive 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
The users can get the Vivo Z5x in Midnight Black, Phantom Black and Aurora Blue colors.
The 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version is priced 1398 yuan (US$ 202 / Rs. 14,075 approx.), the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs 1498 yuan (US$ 217 / Rs. 15,080 approx.) and the top-most 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version has the price tag of 1998 yuan (US$ 289 / Rs. 20,120 approx.). The pre-order of the device is going on and the company will make it available from next week for the Chinese users.
