Nokia 3.1 A and Nokia 3.1 C with Android Pie announced
The HMD Global has announced a couple of affordable smartphones namely Nokia 3.1 A and Nokia 3.1 C for US Carriers AT&T and Cricket Wireless, respectively just after the launching of Nokia 2.2 in the Indian market.
Both the smartphones have similar specifications except the color and the branding name on the back.
The smartphone Nokia 3.1 A / Nokia 3.1C with polycarbonate body sports 5.45-inch HD 18:9 aspect ratio 2.5D curved glass display with the resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. It has 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, which can be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
Both are armed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 12nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 504 GPU and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie).
The camera section of both the smartphones Nokia 3.1 A and Nokia 3.1C includes a rear camera of 8MP with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and a front-facing camera of 5MP with f/2.2 aperture, 1.12um pixel size.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/AGPS+GLONASS+BDS, USB Type-C and supports 3.5 mm headphone jack, FM Radio . It is backed up by a 2900mAh battery.
The users can get the smartphone Nokia 3.1 A in Black colour and the company will make it available from 10th June via different Walmart stores, while they can also get the device Nokia 3.1C comes in White colour from 14th June through Cricket Wireless US carriers.
The cost of both the smartphones are still covered by the company, it will be known next week .
