Xiaomi Redmi K20 with triple 48MP rear camera, pop-up selfie camera arriving in China on 28th May, Coming soon in India
The Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi finally confirmed the arrival of its latest flagship smartphone Redmi K20 in China on 28th May. It claimed it a ‘flagship killer’. The smartphone manufacturer already released its teaser image which revealed its a pop-up front camera with notch-less display. The teaser image comes with the catchline ‘Whatever it takes’ and ‘flagship killer’.
The Redmi President Lu Weibing confirms that the flagship device will come with the 3.5mm audio jack and also code named it as ‘The Demon King’.
The device Xiaomi Redmi K20 also scored amazing 458,754 at AnTuTu benchmark , which is far better that the other flagships which scored an average of 370,00. This is all confirmed by Redmi President Lu Weibing.
As per the leaked report, the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi K20 will sport a 6.39-inch FHD+ OLED display. It will come with up to 8GB RAM , internal storage capacity of 256GB. It will have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The camera section of the device Xiaomi Redmi K20 will have triple rear cameras including 48MP primary rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, 8MP telephoto lens and a 13MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a pop-up selfie camera with a 32MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture. It will run on MIUI 10 based on Android Pie.
It will be backed up by a 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging.
Also the Xiaomi India Managing Director Manu Jain has already confirmed its launching in India very soon after its introduction in China . He also added that the Xiaomi Redmi K20 India version will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor.
The early rumors also revealed that it will come in two versions – Xiaomi Redmi K20 and the other will be the Redmi K20 Pro.
