Xiaomi Mi 6 confirmed to be announced this month

A couple of days ago, the alleged Xiaomi Mi 6 with model name ‘MCE16’ got  the Compulsory Certification of China (3C).The 3C certification listing revealed that the device will come with three charging output ratings including 5V, 3A/9V, 2A/12V, 1.5A, with a minimum power rating of 15W and maximum of 18W resulting in fast charging support. It also comes with the support of LTE connectivity. Also, the purported Xiaomi Mi 6 renders spotted on the web last month. Now Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun finally confirmed that the flagship device Xiaomi Mi 6 will be launched this month. The exact date of its announcement is still unknown, but it is likely to be announced on April 11 or April 18.

Till date, so many rumors related to the smartphone surfaced on the web such as the Mi 6 will come with a dual camera setup on its back, it will have a model name MCE16, it will come with waterproof body and also it will come in three versions including a dual-curved display.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 will sport a Quad HD display of 5.5-inch, 4GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 16GB.It  will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The camera section of the device will include a rear camera of 19MP and front-facing camera of 5MP.
