Samsung Galaxy Note9 with 8GB RAM, 4000mAh battery, Bluetooth S Pen announced, price starts $999.99

Last month the live images of the device Samsung Galaxy Note9  was leaked and now the smartphone manufacturer Samsung finally announced it at an event in New York at fixed schedule as stated earlier . It is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy Note8.

The smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note9 sports 6.4-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with the resolution of 2960 × 1440 pixels at 516ppi . It has the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass. it has Single / Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) functionality, dimension of  161.9 x 76.4 x 8.8mm; weighs 201g
It has 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage / 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 512GB storage (UFS 2.1), which cab be further expandable up to 512GB via microSD card slot. The smartphone comes with IP68 ratings, which makes it water-resistant up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes.

It is armed with Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU ( for US and other markets)   / Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 9810 processor with Mali G72MP18 GPU( for global markets) and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo). It has Iris scanner and the fingerprint scanner just below the camera .

It also has Bixby assistant that comes with display and has ability to double tap to zoom or flicking to scroll through a list . It makes the users to play audio on multiple Bixby Speakers at the same time in multiple rooms, with the ability to individually control volumes for each speaker or modify the volumes at the same time.

It includes BLE Stylus Pen with the dimension of 5.7 x 4.35 x 106.37mm and weighs 3.1g  and comes with Bluetooth support  and lets the users to capture pictures , selfies, present slides, pause and play video, etc .

The camera section of the device Samsung Galaxy Note9 includes dual 12MP rear camera with f/2.4-f/1.5 variable aperture, LED Flash, 960fps super slo-mo, 12MP secondary rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and an 8MP auto focus front-facing camera with wide-angle lens, f/1.7 aperture.

Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), VHT80 MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5 (LE up to 2Mbps), GPS with GLONASS, USB 3.1, NFC, MST and also supports Stereo speakers tuned by AKG, Dolby Atmos. It is backed up by massive 4000mAh battery with fast charging both on wired and wireless (WPC and PMA) charging .

The users can get the Samsung Galaxy Note9 in Midnight Black, Lavender Purple, Metallic Copper with matching S Pen, and Ocean Blue with a Yellow S Pen.

The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version is priced at $999.99 (Rs. 68,750 approx.) and the 8GB RAM with 512GB version costs $1,249.99 (Rs. 85,940 approx.) in the U.S. . The pre-order of the smartphone is going on and the company will make it available from 24th August,2018.
