Huawei Mate X foldable smartphone with 5G support announced at 2299 Euros (US$ 2607)

As we know both the tech giants Samsung and Huawei were in the race for the introduction of foldable smartphone from long time and were the strong contenders. And we know that Samsung has announced the foldable Fold smartphone recently and now Huawei kept it promise and announced it first Huawei Mate X foldable smartphone with 5G support at 2299 Euros (US$ 2607 / Rs. 1,85,220 approx.) at fixed schedule as stated earlier of this month.
When unfolded, the Mate X sports an 8-inch (2480×2200) display. The display is folded with the support of stretchable hinge which is based on the new Falcon Wing design. When folded, the users get 6.6-inch 19.5:9 and 6.38-inch displays on either side.

The Huawei Mate X foldable smartphone sports 6.6-inch (2480 x 1148 pixels) 19.5:9 OLED display when folded, and it becomes 6.38-inch (2480 x 892 pixels) OLED 25:9 display for back panel, 8-inch (2480 x 2200 pixels) OLED 8:7.1 display after unfolding. It has 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, internal storage capacity of 512GB ,which can be expandable up to 256GB via NM card. It has the dimension of 161.3 x 78.3 (146.2 unfolded) x 5.4-11mm; weighs 295g and has Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / NM card) functionality.  It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner placed into the power button.
It is armed with HUAWEI Kirin 980 (2 x Cortex A76 2.6 GHz + 2 x Cortex A76 1.92 GHz + 4 x Cortex A55 1.8 GHz) processor with 720 MHz ARM Mali-G76MP10 GPU, Balong 5000 5G modem and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.1.1.

The camera section of the Huawei Mate X foldable smartphone features triple rear Leica Cameras including a 40MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture , a 16MP ultra wide-angle camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture . For capturing selfies, the users can use its rear camera.
Connectivity wise, it features 5G Multi-mode,Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz) (wave2), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS (L1 + L5 dual band), NFC, USB Type-C (GEN1) and it it backed up by 4500 mAh battery with 55W SuperCharge. Its SuperCharge charging has world class technology which charges its battery up to 85 percent in 30 minutes.
The users can get the Huawei Mate X foldable smartphone in Interstellar Blue color. The exact date of its availability is still not confirmed , but it will be available sometime in the middle of 2019.
