Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Gaming Phone launching in India on 27th May
Just after receiving the ( Bureau of Indian Standard) certification, the smartphone company sent out the invites for Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Gaming Phone for launching in India on 27th May.
As we know the Black Shark 2 comes in three memory storage options-6GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB, but the company has still not confirmed the type of storage versions for the Indian market.
Since, the smartphone Xiaomi backed Black Shark 2 smartphone already announced in March this year in China. So, we have detailed information related to its specifications.
As we know the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Gaming Phone features 6.39-inch Full HD+ 19.5:9 display with the resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels. It has 6GB / 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage, 8GB / 12GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB (UFS 2.1) internal storage capacity. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone has a special feature which reduce the heat from the phone during playing game. It comes with Liquid Cooling 3.0 system, which brings down the processor’s core temperature up to 12-degree and makes it cool without interrupting the game.
It is armed with Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 7nm processor with Adreno 640 GPU and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie).
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 includes dual 48MP rear camera with 1/2.0″ Sony IMX586 sensor, LED flash, 12MP 1/3.6″ Samsung S5K3M5, telephoto lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a front-facing camera of 20MP with f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it features Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band (2×2 MU-MIMO ), Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, USB Type-C and it is backed up by 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging.
The cost of the gaming smartphone for the Indian market hasn’t revealed by the company yet, but there is expectation that it will be available near about at Rs. 32537 (CNY3,200) for the base variant.
