Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+ with 12 GB RAM, 8K video shooting, 5G announced
The tech giant Samsung announced a couple of flagship smartphones namely Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+ at an event in San Francisco. Both the smartphones have Water and dust resistant body with IP68 ratings and also features Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor. The smartphones provide Samsung Pay, Google Pay services to the users and also support 8K video shooting.
The smartphone Samsung Galaxy S20 sports 6.2-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X
Infinity-O Display with the resolution of 3200 × 1440 pixels , HDR10+, pixel density of 563 PPI. It has the dimension of 151.7 x 69.1 x 7.9mm; and weighs 163g.
It is armed with either Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 7nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 650 GPU / Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 990 7nm EUV processor with ARM Mali-G77MP11 GPU depending on global markets and runs on Android 10 with OneUI 2.0. It has Single / Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) functionality.
The device has the 8GB / 12GB (5G) LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB internal storage (UFS 3.0), which can be further expandable up to 1TB via microSD card slot.
The camera section of the smartphone Samsung Galaxy S20 features triple rear camera including a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter with an f/2.2 lens and also has a 12-megapixel wide-angle shooter with an f/1.8 lens as well as a 64-megapixel tertiary sensor with a telephoto lens of f/2.0 . It comes with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and has a 3x Hybrid Optic Zoom and up to 30x Super Resolution Zoom. It has Dual Pixel front-facing camera of 10MP with aperture f/2.2 10MP D with 80° wide-angle lens, f/2.2 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it features 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax (2.4/5GHz), HE80, MIMO, 1024-QAM, Bluetooth 5, GPS with GLONASS, USB 3.1, NFC, MST and supports Stereo speakers tuned by AKG, Dolby Atmos. It is backed up by 4,000mAh battery with 25W fast Charging both on wired and wireless (WPC and PMA) charging, Wireless PowerShare.While the other smartphone Samsung Galaxy S20+ sports 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O Display with the resolution of 3200 × 1440 pixels , HDR10+. It comes with the dimension of 161.9 x 73.7 x 7.8mm; weighs 186g , while the 5G version weighs 188g.

The users can get Samsung Galaxy S20 in Cloud Blue, Cosmic Gray and Cloud Pink colors, while the Samsung Galaxy S20+ will be available in Cosmic Grey, Cloud Blue and Cosmic Black colors.
The pre- order of both the smartphones will be started from 21st February 2020 and the company will make it available from 6th March.
