Micromax Canvas 2 Plus with face unlock, 4000mAh battery launched in India @ Rs. 8999
The Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax launched its latest smartphone Micromax Canvas 2 Plus in the Indian market at the cost of Rs. 8999 and adds one more member in its Canvas family. It is the successor of the Micromax Canvas 2 (2017) that was launched in May last year.
The smartphone Micromax Canvas 2 Plus sports 5.7-inch curved glass display with the resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels with HD+ 2.5D 18:9 aspect ratio . It has 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB , which can be further expanded via a microSD card slot. It has dual-SIM functionality.
It is armed with 1.3GHz Quad-core Processor and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat). It comes with a fingerprint sensor on its back and also supports face unlock.
The camera section of the device Micromax Canvas 2 Plus includes a rear camera of 13MP with LED Flash, 1.12um pixel size, 80-degree FOV and a fornt-facing camera of 8MP.
Connectivity wise, it includes 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and supports 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio . It is backed up by a massive 4000mAh battery .
The users can get the device in Matte Black and Jet Black colors and the sale of the device is already going on via offline Indian retailers.
